Our story
Creating Unforgettable Kenya Safari Experiences with jofa safaris
JOFA Safaris & Adventure began with a quiet sunrise over Nairobi National Park.
Witnessing the raw beauty of the wild so close to our bustling city, we felt a profound calling: to share this visceral connection with the world.
What started as a passion project among friends grew into a vision of authentic, expert-led exploration that honors the rhythm of the Kenyan wilderness while prioritizing the safety and comfort of every traveler who joins our family.
We specialize in creating personalized safari itineraries that showcase the diverse landscapes and incredible wildlife of Kenya, from the sweeping plains of the Maasai Mara to the majestic peaks of Mount Kenya.

Our Journey
JOFA Safaris began as a shared dream among a small group of enthusiastic local guides in Nairobi who wanted to redefine what it means to explore Kenya.
We saw a need for safaris that didn't just move people from point to point, but truly connected them to the spirit of the savannah.
Our journey started with a single 4x4 vehicle and a commitment to authenticity that has remained our guiding light as we have grown.
Over the years, we have expanded our reach to every corner of Kenya, from the shadows of Mount Kilimanjaro in Amboseli to the golden plains of the Maasai Mara.
Each mile traveled has strengthened our local knowledge and our dedication to providing travelers with seamless, safe, and deeply moving wilderness adventures.
Today, JOFA Safaris stands as a testament to the power of passion, local expertise, and the enduring beauty of our Kenyan home.

Why We Started JOFA Safaris
JOFA Safaris & Adventure began with a shared passion for the wild terrains of Kenya. Our founders, born and raised near Nairobi, wanted to bridge the gap between dreams and discovery.
By combining local hospitality with expert field knowledge, we created a brand that treats every traveler like family. Today, we continue that legacy by ensuring every safari supports local conservation and provides authentic adventure that stays in your heart forever.
